The location was perfect. Close to restaurants, shops and tourist sites in the old city. The staff was very helpful in suggesting where to eat, visit etc and in arranging tours. They even spoke to the people at our next destination when we were having difficulty contacting/ communicating with them. The air conditioning worked really well which was excellent because it was really hot outside when we were there. The apartment is very roomy and clean. We loved sitting out on the two verandas. We will definitely return.

The front desk staff was always so nice! They know both Spanish and English, so while I am learning Spanish and able to speak that language with them, I stayed here last year, and spoke to them in English, so I know that the persons at reception are fluent in both.

The off street parking and being able to park in a secure, closed garage. Rooms are neat and clean. We arrived a bit early and the reception lady was more than happy to accommodate us at no extra charge for the early checkin.
