The location was perfect, the breakfast was wonderful. We have stayed here twice - the first time we had a small room but it was very comfortable and convenient. The second time, we had a bigger balcony room on an upper floor. In both cases, the bed was comfortable and showers good. The location is just outside the walled city which meant we could drive and unload our car with minimal difficulty. We enjoyed our time at the Hotel Vinci

The atmosphere was great, and the view from our room (#312) could not have been any better. The service was outstanding, and everyone was attentive and helpful. Breakfast and lunch were delicious, and the layout of the pool / lake area was calm and pleasant.

Everything! The location was amazing right on the lake, and our room had a big balcony with fabulous views of Lake Garda. The staff were great and very helpful with any information we were seeking. Parking was right outside the front of the hotel. We didn’t want to leave!

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was nice and clean, with a very central location and breakfast was delicious. The parking was easily accessible and non-overpriced thanks to the hotel discount. Hotel staff were kind and welcoming,they also recommended us some great restaurants in the area for dinner. We highly recommend the hotel and we will definitely come back :)

The room was spacious and clean, comfortable beds and the breakfast was excellent!! Staff members were very friendly and helpful, we had a stunning lake view from our room with a balcony. We used the public park on the right as you approach the old town, i would not recommend to drive in the old town (to much people).

Very friendly staff and smooth check in. Parking available, I think it was 20 Euros. Safe parking garage, but you must leave your keys at the front desk. Room was large with nice balcony, although could hear other guests on their balcony late at night. Comfortable, good shower and bathroom with amenities. Robe and slippers provided in the room. Good breakfast included, coffee, juice, pastries, bread, fruit, yoghurt, continental style. Didn't visit the bar/restaurant but it looked nice. Great location to walk in to the town centre, flat walk.
