Staff were amazing so helpful and always had a smile. Room with pool view was outstanding. Breakfast kept me going through out the day it was so delicious. I booked an extra 3 nights due to the high class service I received. Unbelievable hotel for solo. Couples or families. 10 outa 10

Breakfast and the room were excellent! Gym, indoor pool (the roof top pool is heated!) and spa were nice. The location of the hotel was great, good access to public transport, bars, restaurants and sights. The hotel has underground secure parking and its great. The stuff was very helpful and friendly.

We loved the renovation of an old building that has so much character and charm in the old part of the city. It was so easy to walk from there and catch a bus. Also a wonderful restaurant opposite where we had great tapas. Very quiet and nice to have the option of self catering.

The location is gorgeous and the architecture of the aparthotel is beautiful, and different from all the other hotels we could see in Palmanova. Ponent Mar looks like a jewel on a rock. The breakfast was AWESOME - lots of choice (if I think only about the eggs choice: cold boiled egg; hot boiled egg; spanish omelette; french omelette; on-demand omelette with your ingredients of choice; scrambled eggs; fried eggs). I can highly recommend this breakfast - really, really good value for money. The studio we had was well equipped, the kitchenette was useful during some evening when we decided to eat in our room. Also, it was handy to have the kettle to brew our own teas. We had a pool view, and after the pool we could see the sea, including the sunrise - wonderful. The hotel has a mini-market in the basement for the essentials, and there's a huge Mercadona supermarket 3 minutes by car (or 10 on foot) where you can buy whatever food you want. Plenty of choice and good prices. At floor nine you have an incredible 360 degrees view over Palmanova bay and the sea. And at each floor there are public areas with sunbeds where you can chill during the day, with a great view. Also, the fact that the hotel was organizing various activities during the day and the evening gave a feeling of liveliness. We didn't stay at the concerts, but it was nice to hear them when coming back in the evening or walking around the complex. Everyone in the hotel was very nice and helpful, and polite - at the reception, the room service, the breakfast and bar staff. Also, I recommend talking a massage. Frank the masseur was a very nice person. And the Spa facilities were quite nice as well - sauna, hammam, water massage, heated chairs etc (all included).

Great location for the village and the port this hotel is a favourite .Very vast and beautiful breakfast with very friendly staff in all areas from reception to pool bar .rooms cleaned everyday with top ups of mini bar and toiletries.Very lovely hotel and more of a 4 star than a 3 .Loving the new pool area however may become very busy in the height of the season

This is a beautiful location which is steeped in history since 1952. The location has traditional Spanish rooms and very modern suites also. The restaurant is excellent and the beach is literally a few steps away.

The hotel was in a great location, 5 minutes from the port and some lovely places to eat. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and seems to have been recently modernised. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, fresh, and staff very polite/helpful. Sunbed’s very comfy (better than the plastic crap you usually get) and not busy at all so no mad rush to try and get a spot! Car parking on site which was secure and reasonable. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
