We have just returned from a two week holiday and what an amazing place to stay!! The staff are absolutely fantastic and cannot do enough for you.. In particular a special thanks from us to Johanny, Thomas, Michael and Jasmin the nicest possible you could wish to meet they really made us feel special!! The property is constantly being cleaned, rooms cleaned every day we even got a phone call every evening from reception to check we were ok.. The breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice as well as champagne every morning.. 5 Star hotel on service and location, excellent Japanese and Italian restaurant which we ate at regularly.. Don’t even think about it when considering somewhere to stay just book it!!

We went here with my husband for our honeymonn. It was really fantastic stay. Personnel is always smiling and ready to help. Meals was different every day and delicious, we had large selection of drinks in bars. The stuff is also taking care about entertainment in the resort, every evening were organized animations. If we will ever come back to Dominican Republic we will choose this hotel again! Thank you all from the personnel who made our stay so awesome.

- location, location, location - it felt really safe becase of the guards constantly circling (in a non intrusive way) - pool is big and clean, not too warm nor cold - friendly staff all around - private beach with quality sunbeds and umbrellas, again with a guard making sure the beach vendors will leave you in peace - quiet and peaceful - just like in photos - restaurant by the pool is cozy with good offer and very fair prices, considering Punta Cana in general

Wonderful hotel. We lived here for 12 days. Excellent service and very friendly staff. There is a transfer to the sea. The driver will take you to the sea with incendiary Dominican songs. The rooms are well cleaned and kept clean throughout. Enjoyed going to breakfast. Everything was delicious. Sad to leave. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
