Overall a very comfortable stay and met all our needs. Staff was helpful and thoughtful. The hotel does not have a phone in the room but can be contacted via WeChat. Although there F&B options are limited in the hotel, can be easily solved with food delivery and a short walk to coastal city mall.

The hotel is in a great location for access to the rail network and is just across the road from a great shopping mall much to the delight of my family. The room was serviced and made up daily and the sheets changed every 3rd day, had a washing machine and balcony airing rack, the gym, pool, sauna and spa were amazing and everything was clean. The food was fantastic and the restaurant had a great vibe first thing in the morning.

It's a really nice hotel, about 20 minutes walk or 10cny by taxi from the nearest metro station. The staff are really nice and friendly but unfortunately there was only one who spoke English the others relied on a translator tool. There are some small restaurants nearby as well as a KFC and Macdonalds. Most of the small restaurants you can point to what you want to order and they'll get it for you. Also there's a Walmart about 5 minutes walk away where you can also get some food by pointing to what you want. Breakfast is good and you get a choice of western and Chinese food.
