Staff were exceptional. Everyone from check in through to restaurant & bar staff were very friendly & helpful. Great view of cradle mountain while we enjoyed a drink in the lounge . Food in the restaurant was great with lots of choices.
Location was perfect , short walk to the visitors centre. Rooms were clean & modern . Loved the thoughtfulness of putting the heater on before we arrived so our room was cosy & warm.

This premises was a surprise, thinking we just had a pub to stay in, but not, it was nearly a resort, just missing a pool. But, no pool was made up with comfort, location, views and other facilities. The package was just perfect, and the food was top quality, both breakfast and dinner. It is close to the visitors centre which is your access to Dove Lake and Cradle Mountain. Highly recommended.
