We were greeted in the early hours of the morning by friendly and helpful staff. Everything in the hotel was super modern, and comfortable and the breakfast was terrific. Bravo!

Amazing location, nice view from the window. The room was spacious, clean, nice amenities. The staff was very helpful, they helped us parking the car close because we gost lost. The breakfast in the retrace was very tasty, topped with an amazing view over the city.

I have enjoyed my stay a lot !)A human factor works perfectly well in any case.They were so kind and helpful .You can pay by card which makes it even more comfortable.The receptionists asked me non stop if l was fine and if l slept well.It was so touching .If you travel by car ,there is a safe parking under the hotel itself but space is limited ,so it’s better to warm them you will need it .As the street is very busy because the hotel is located next to the old bazaar ,the staff helped me to park in and out .The room itself is not big but very clean and comfortable.You have everything you need .They also provide with two bottles of still water for free .The bed and especially the pillow were so nice to sleep on .I had a wonderful night sleep .And what is also very important,they kept the room really warm .There was a lovely balcony overlooking the castle and a breathtaking valley .Breakfast was included and it starts at 7.30 am ,so you have enough time to plan your time in Kruja.The food was sufficient and delicious .I am sincerely thankful to all the staff who did their best to make my stay in their hotel unforgettable!

The staff was so nice! I arrived at 03:00 in the morning because my flight was delayed and there was no issue, taxi was 10min drive and the room was great. The breakfast included was one of the best I've had. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing Hotel with high quality service and hospitality ~ I really enjoy staying here , the receptionists males and females are so friendly and professionally ~ very nice and friendly ! Breakfast is so delicious ! The house keeping also clean so well~ I love the spa facilities ~ big swimming pool , big jacuzzi ~ sauna and steam room ! Very satisfied! I will definitely come back! The stay at Villas Palma was fantastic! The villa was very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed.
