The staff were phenomenal and the level of service outstanding. We had visited the theme park in the summer and decided never to go back but this level of service and attention to detail changed our mind. There were so many people that made our stay so good it would be unfair to mention anyone in particular, everyone contributed to a warm safe friendly atmosphere

All rooms have elegant furnishings and luxury bedding. Each room has a private French balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Buffet with really tasty meals. It was much better, than anything I saw in Turkey. Great pool.

Modern appliances include satellite TV sets. The location is beautiful beside konyaalti beach. The facility is great and clean. Great selection of food and drinks at the buffet. But above all what makes this resort unique and worth the stay is the amazing and super friendly staff. I couldn't imagine going to a resort with my family for a week and come back missing the friends I made who work at the resort. Will highly recommend and I and my family will definitely go back

Each and every staff member was exceptional. We arrived late, before checking us in staff directed us to the restaurant for a late night meal at close to midnight. The food was outstanding everyday and they understand that sometimes children might miss a meal so there was alway food and drink pretty much all day and all of it superb. Pools and surrounding areas were kept clean and drinks and ice creams topped up promptly. Lobby and reception staff were always incredibly attentive, hugely service minded, I cannot fault them and will certainly plan to return.
