Their rotisserie chicken is a standout—we absolutely loved it! ☕️ In the lobby, there’s a tiny coffee shop that serves an excellent flat white and pastries, perfect for a quick pick-me-up. And there are several Assouline travel books to read while sipping. ✨ The hotel’s vibe is warm and welcoming, with super-friendly staff who are always ready to help. 📍 The location is unbeatable. Situated in the heart of City Yard, a gorgeous, walkable courtyard filled with cafes and restaurants, the hotel offers access to what we think are the best coffee shops in Jeddah. The hotel is tastefully decorated with modern design and has private accesses from Ummul Qura street straight to the hotel entrance. The hotel has 484 well-appointed rooms and luxury suites majority of them are facing the Holy Haram featuring 47” screen smart LCD. All the suites and guest rooms are fitted with speakers with individual control to hear Azan from the Haram. Also very good . Specifically Mr. Fatih ali and mr. Hadi are so good person. Always both the person specially take care of us. Including room service was so good.
