Milan made a very pleasant itinerary for us（Expensive but worth it）, helped us book flights, and took us to visit Tarau village. The jungle guide Rajendra was a sharp eye, good at spotting wild animals and various birds like radar. It was super fun to meet jackals, elephants, and rhinos. The young driver Subas drove steadily, was polite and very friendly. All the staff in the hotel were very warm and thoughtful, and the food was beyond expectations. Thumbs up to the chef! I like Aikawa very much！

What truly stood out was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine smiles and a warm welcome. Despite our late arrival, the team patiently waited for us at both dinner and breakfast, always cheerful and accommodating. A heartfelt thanks to them for going the extra mile to celebrate my parents’ anniversary—with thoughtful room decor and a surprise cake that made the occasion truly memorable. This was easily one of the most warm and welcoming stays we’ve ever had, and we are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chitwan!
