It was in a nice quiet area, front desk staff are welcoming and polite and so are all the staff in dining area, bar, swimming pool and house keeping. The rooms are beautifully set up, everything you expect of a five star. Gym and swimming pool are also well kept. The hotel provides privacy and security.

Beautifully designed, clean rooms and a warm welcome team set the tone for an excellent stay. The fresh fruit platter on arrival was a lovely touch. The on-compound EbonyLife was a delightful add on - offering a variety of eateries & leisure spaces, including a cinema - all conveniently located just steps away. Service throughout was outstanding. I'd especially like to commend Gift, whose professionalism stood out both during guest onboarding and when resolving a reservation issue - exceptionally well handled. Her work ethic is truly exemplary. Highly recommended.
