The pool/Jacuzzi is warm and relaxing, not crowded. The location is perfect, right in the center. The atmosphere in the hotel is relaxing, surrounded with beautiful art works. I loved the decision with the ceiling window in the shower: no extra humidity is left, also provides daylight making the room not so dark in the day. Loved my stay there. I wish I had more time. The staff is super attentive and helpful.

Located in the centre of Querétaro, 400 metres from the main plaza (Plaza de Armas) close to 5 de mayo avenue, Hotel Criol features a year-round outdoor pool and terrace. From the moment I entered the property I was acknowledged and helped. I like that they had a nice beverage to offer. They made the whole process very seamless. I love the library really enjoyed sitting there on the glass floor, looking down at the books as well as the bookshelves above. Pool is cute. Patio is relaxing and comfortable. My bed was also perfect. I like that. I had a lot of options of pillows.
