George at the arrivals area was most helpful and guided us throughout the stay. Our trip to positano was a breeze because of his guidance. Breakfast was really nice and all the staff were super friendly and attentive. The club longue was a great area to relax and unwind after returning to the hotel. The decor of the hotel was super exclusive and give it a very rich feel.

Sorrento is 1 km away, a free shuttle into town is provided. This hotel is excellent in every way. The property is beautiful. The service was amazing. The breakfast had so many delicious options. The shuttle is very efficient. We loved the access to the beach club and having a swim in the ocean every day. Didn’t want to leave. Thank you to Pina and the rest of the staff - they were all so genuine- kind, funny- so so friendly!! I could go on!
