We definitely loved our stay at the Aurika Coorg hotel! Everybody was so friendly and welcoming. All the staff made us feel welcome. The resort is beautifully situated in lush green surroundings with amazing views. It even has its own coffee plantation! Our room was big and tastefully decorated. We went on the morning nature walks with bird expert Ganesh who showed and explained to us many birds and plants. In the evening we listened to nature and culture stories also presented by Ganesh. For the Holi festival a great party was organized by the hotel and we had a lot of fun! Food was very good (one evening there was a buffet and the other night a la carte). Also to be recommended is the spa where Nancy and her colleague offer quality massages. We definitely could have stayed longer and I am sure we will come back to this wonderful place!

This is by far the most amazing 5-star hotel i've ever stayed in. The service, the food, the room, all amazing. Even the music at breakfast and in the elevator are enhancing the experience. The staff is very good trained and hospitable. I had a personal contact for the guest experience, name Priya, who made sure we got a A+ experience. Very gratefull to her, the staff and the hotel. It made my husband's birthday extra special. Don't forget to enjoy a nice rooftop diner by night. Amazing experience also.

Breakfast was exceptional, absolutely wide variety. Rooms with balconies were very comfortable, liked the idea of the net on the balcony. We were very happy with the laundry service that was included.

Conveniently located along Sheshadri Road across Bangalore turf club, Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse overlooks the Bangalore Turf Club ensuring great views. I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The rooms and common areas were spotlessly clean, and the food was fresh and delicious every day. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. What impressed me the most was the security truly top-notch. The security team outside the hotel was extremely professional. They ensured that no one entered without proper check-in, even verifying Uber drivers before allowing access. This made me feel very safe and secure throughout my stay. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. I will definitely return!
