The on-site gym is small but modern, and for those wanting more space or equipment, the large and well-equipped gym at the sister hotel is just perfect. Highly recommended! A BIG thank you to all the staff of this resort! Especially to Fofi! We booked here for our honeymoon and everything was simply magical. The views are incredible and the whole experience is beautiful. The staff is amazing and really friendly, they really care about their guests comfort and even if you face an issue they go above and beyond to solve it. The reception team are lovely and very very welcoming and helpful. Fofi is the best and she takes good care of everyone! Eldina and everyone else was also amazing. Definitely coming back here next year for our anniversary! Highly recommended.

Balconies have Ionian Sea or mountain and garden views. We had a great stay in the Bay hotel . We spent most of our days sunbathing either by the sea or by the pool. The sunbeds are very comfortable and the hotel is a great place to relax and unwind in.

This location offers tranquility close to the vibrant town. The sandy beach is only 100 metres away and last year won the European Blue Flag for the cleanness of its waters. You can enjoy a variety of sport activities here. From check in to check out, the Hotel Contessina was amazing. Polite and accommodating staff were everywhere, including the cleaning folks, bartenders, pool staff, check in desk, and servers. Everyone went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and the AC went to a cool level, which we loved after those hot days. The showers were large with rain shower and a powerful handheld jet, if you liked that option. Each evening, turn down service was exceptional and the fruit or sweet plate hit the spot. The most surprising and touching part of it all was the parting gift we were given during our check out. It was a bottle of olive oil and two jars of marmalade from the Contessina farm. A handwritten note thanking us for our stay with them seemed out of place in that it felt we should be giving them a gift for all the warm hospitality. The only knock is really the town itself, which is a matter of my personal opinion. The good is that the ATV rental place is right across the street so, if you're into that, it was very convenient. The town itself felt a bit like Cabo on spring break. Many bars and cheesy places to go to. The restaurants weren't that unique and many had the same menu items. We didn't venture much out of the hotel and it's, by far, the best property anywhere close to where it's located. Decent walk to a very crowded beach. Overall, an amazing place to stay in Zakynthos!
