From arrival to the checkout, anywhere we looked around, it's was a piece of art. The hotel is a landmark in Karlovy vary and also in the world. The space the architecture the locatin spa dinning roon, the food . in a matter of giving the hotel and all his facilities a grade, it would be 10+. The filling is all the time. Wow. The stuff is outstanding, the rooms are over the expectations, and we felt like on a cloud we never wanted to leave. The spa area is in two places, and the passes are inside the hotel all the time. You also have the bar in a beautiful spot in minus 1, between the corridor that connects the hotel from his 2 parts. Music all the time. There's the coffee Pupp, which is the spot for noon coffee with a view to the river. We stayed at the riverside part. The other side is the park side. We recommend the riverside. By the way, in this hotel there's so many pictures of movie stars due to the Karlovy Vary festival once a year. Many movies were shot here, specifically Casino Royal of James Bond. Well if you have a 3 or 4 nights don't wait order and make your fantasy real.

The hotel features a salt cave, spa centre with mineral water, sun terrace and views of the garden. Guests can enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant. Everything amazing. Has clearly features of a 5* hotel: excellent reception with welcome drinks and sweets, staff show the hotel around, amazing breakfast (both because of quantity and quality), goodbye water bottle, pillow menu, welcome chocolates in the room, heated floor in bathroom, they gave us cold fruit slices while in the sauna (that was an AMAZING point), nice spa.... Also, had a little problem with the temperature of the room, and it was fixed in 15 min. Excellent service!
