The grounds are beautifully kept, and the "sendero" walking path is magical. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect and restaurant food was delicious. This is a must visit hotel if you're in the area. One of the staff picked fruit from their trees for a family member at 10pm because they knew she might want some. Simply fantastic service.

The view was absolutely stunning, and the house had everything we needed — including a shower with a window overlooking a breathtaking landscape and a jacuzzi on the terrace. Coffee and water always available. Quiet relaxing atmosphere- incredibly peaceful. They provide rubber boots for walks nearby. Helped us with organizing activities and transport. Really top! Nice hot shower as well. You can request lunch and dinner ahead of time. Comfortable bed.

Offering an outdoor pool and an on-site restaurant, Hacienda Bambusa is located in El Caimo. It features a well-tended garden and tastefully decorated rooms with free WiFi access throughout. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at Hacienda Bambusa and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It is in a very rural area in the middle of amazing terrain. Every view was spectacular and the bird watching was mesmerizing ( I don't even bird watching). All of the staff is incredibly attentive and made us happy to be their guest. A special callout to the office manager, Paula. She can give a masterclass on 5-star hospitality. She not only greeted every guest as they arrived, but she made sure to remember their names and check in with them at least once every day. Her warm attitude definitely spred to the remainder of the staff. We also adored our English translator and guide, John. The is contracted by the hacienda and provided us two days of enjoyable activities and company.
