The staff were very helpful and friendly. My room had beautiful mountain, water and garden views. Breakfast was great and room service was excellent. 10 mins walk and you were in the main town where there were many different restaurants and live entertainment. The mountains of Patagonia were magical, it really is a special place.

The Charming is truly that! Its lake setting provided stunning views, yet its location makes for easy access to the town center and the Circuito Chico drive outside Bariloche. The rooms are spacious, and the sauna, steam bath and whirlpool tub with a lake view in our bathroom was a luxury treat.
The three course menu in the restaurant is a gourmet experience, and finally, the staff is gracious and welcoming.
