Aline at the front desk was extremely helpful, she checked me in upon my arrival and gave me the room, even though it was only 1pm. She also gave me a walking map of Zurich and marked out the specific places I wanted to visit. She also offered to store my luggage after I checked out, and offered me a complimentary bottle of drinking water.
