My four-night stay at La Vela was wonderful. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and clean, the staff welcoming and helpful, and the hotel itself was simply magnificent. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the pool was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Hue!

Amazing place with the greatest staff! We’ve got sick during our trip and we had to stay in the hotel room in Melia - the hotel staff took care of us, organized a doctor visit in our room. They were amazing and we felt safe. I cannot imagine it in another hotel. Additionally the breakfast was very good, wide range of choice. Beautiful design, amazing swimming pool and many more. I definitely recommend!

The country houses of the Imperial Court Mandarins were the “garden houses”. This outstanding hotel is an elegant conversion of one of those. Furnished with taste and respect for tradition, surrounded by a spectacular garden, is managed by a professional, courteous and helpful staff, careful to anticipate every need. They granted me an unexpected upgrade to a luxurious apartment: it seemed to me to sleep in one of the ancient pagodas I visited in Hue. Fabulous. The restaurant alone, for its furnishings and accurate reconstruction of the interior of a typical “garden house”, for the view of the garden and for the everyday changing mis-en-place, as well as for the menu, is worth trying if you are in Hue.

Vedana was spectacular! The overwater bungalow was beautiful, spacious and very private. The resort was gorgeous and the spa treatments included with the room were wonderful. The staff were fabulous and very quickly accommodating. Would highly recommend this resort!
