The Deluxe King Room was phenomenal. Extremely comfortable and luxurious, with everything you could need. Staff were always waiting to open your car door and were very welcoming every time we arrived back. The price is very affordable for what you get. For the price of a cheap hotel in London, you get a 5 Star service and a luxury room. Room service was also great. Good food that came in a reasonable timeframe.

Everything about this new hotel is top, but the breakfast is terrible, terrible noise from kitchen ventilation, and loud music on top of that, and too much people in one room,,it's like eating in a very noisy factory.
The positive details:the staff, the room design, the very comfy bed, the very quiet room, the excellent bath room, the ventilation and air con,,all meet a five star standard.

Luxurious breakfast, great comfort and reasonable size room. Very professional and helpful staff. The general feel is Chinese Luxury Hotel.

The room was not clean and definitely not a five star hotel standard. The chairs were filled with mysterious stains and dust balls covered the floor. The mirrors and shower door had stains even after they’ve supposedly cleaned the room.
