For the laundry, we need to pay 20NTD for the detergent, but you can also buy the soap yourself.

Friendly, helpful staff. Always someone on hand who could speak English and interpret for me. I am a coeliac so need gluten free food. I was able to communicate that, and the staff were very careful to provide me with suitable options and provided alternatives when my choices contained gluten. Needless to say, knowing that I had gf food available to eat at the hotel took a lot of the stress out of being in Tainan. So a big thank you to the chefs and wait staff for going out of their way for me. Complimentary fruit and drinks in the room. Beautiful, comfortable and spacious bedroom, and a lovely bathroom. Fantastic swimming pool, so refreshing in the heat of Taiwan.
