Our stay at TUI Magic Life Africana was a masterclass in hospitality. Hedi Marnissi met us daily with a smile and quick solutions. Mr Chafiq’s presence at the main restaurant ensured everything ran smoothly. The pools are immaculate, and the aquapark slides are amazing also while we enjoyed yoga on the lawn. Food quality and variety exceeded expectations for an all-inclusive. Everything was perfect.

I’ve stayed at a hotel Medina Solaria and was thoroughly impressed. The service was exceptional, the rooms were comfortable with a great sea view , and the staff was amazing. We had a Triple room and it was beautiful . However there are works going on and we couldn't use the gym ...which is a bummer
