All of the staff were a credit to the hotel! They were efficient, welcoming and second to none. The facilities were lovely and the food and drinks were extremely reasonably priced.

We stayed for four nights in the hotel and loved every single second of it. excellent stay thanks to Rim the supervisor and Ahmed the bellman; Rim welcomed me with a warm smile and did a very fast checkin for me she was really amazing i thank her for excellent customer service, i thank also Ahmed the bellman who was also helpful and smiling, he accompanied me to my room and was very friendly; i will definitely come back ; i believe both of them are a plus to your hotel

I like every thing in this hotel. i forgot my bébé bag in the hall, they kept it for me until i get it it back. Madame Houda was very professional at booking communication. I'll return back next year definetly.
