Five-Star Hotels in Boracay

We loved everything! Room: The room is really spacious and impeccably clean! We loved that they set-up greetings on the TV, towel arrangement and complimentary cake for our anniversary. Service: All the staffs are consistent in greeting us with a smile on their face and right hand on their heart, felt so warm and welcoming! Everyone's accommodating. Facilities: Pool is perfect, there are a lot of beds to hang out on. Gym is clean and complete with basic equipments.

It was all about the staff they were so friendly and help property was fine but the staff made our stay exceptional.

The staff- They were all accommodating and attentive to the needs of the guests. Location- very close to the beach, they have a lot of swimming pools plus the location of the pools are well-shaded you can swim even if its too hot you wont feel the hot scorching weather. I love the breakfast spread, coz I love their all Filipino spread. Value for money I guess, from the time of the transfers from land to sea, everything was made convenient. The rooms are spacious. The facilities are just nice to enjoy your vacation. Everything was well thought off. The bed is so comfy and you will feel its really clean.

STAFF: The service their staff provides is kind of insane. They seemed to have everything we asked for. Every staff would greet and smile. All of them were very accommodating, especially Andy and Harry, who we would run to when we needed something and they always helped us out. The staff is definitely one of the reasons I would stay here again. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: The check-in process was a bit lengthy compared to hotels, but that's usually how it is for resorts. The check-out process was very fast though. The welcome drink was really good. ROOM: Every time we got back to our room, it's always newly cleaned and there were always snacks waiting for us! We always got excited seeing those :) I don't know who did it among our Housekeeping GEMs (Chona/Michie/Clinton/Kisses), but they have mastered the art of towel folding. They always left little notes which I thought was very sweet. The galaxy light was a nice touch too. My favourite part of the room was the plunge pool. SHUTTLE SERVICE: Getting from the airport to the resort was a breeze and it came with oatmeal cookies. We didn't have to do anything but follow where the staff tells us to go. They also have shuttle service between Stations 1 to 3 which was very convenient for us. FOOD/DRINK: The were plenty of breakfast choices at Sand's. The taho tatay shows up at 8am :) We also went for breakfast at Forno Osteria, which was more of a Western breakfast. Lunch and dinner options at Sand's were abundant. I especially loved the seafood they cooked on the spot upon ordering. LOCATION: The location is perfect! It is located at almost the end (I think) of Station 1 so it was a bit far from the beach activities (again, there's shuttle service) and away from the crowd. We mostly stayed at the resort so that didn't really matter to me. The beach is just right in front so it's perfect! OTHERS: We booked our activities with the hotel.

- Staff were really friendly and helpful: from airport transfers, reception, housekeeping and restaurant - they made us really welcome and have the most of our time. - the location was perfect: you can walk the long stretch of White beach and the beachfront is not so crowded so you can enjoy it. - food was really good and the evening entertainment were really appreciated.

The service at Shangri-la was exceptional, everything has been thought of to make your stay easy and comfortable. The food at breakfast and all restaurants was amazing! The pool area was sensational. The private beach was great, clean, fantastic for snorkelling & swimming.

The hotel has an excellent location, perfect for a hassle-free stay in Boracay. The hotel facilities were great, and access to the beach is amazing. Hotel transfer to airport is very efficient.
