I highly recommend this Resort: bedrooms are big and comfortable, the view on Himalaya is breathtaking, the staff is so friendly, and the SPA is wonderful! I also very much appreciated the little delicacy and the welcoming note from the manager :)

All staffs are friendly and there to provide any little helps. Check-in and welcome ceremony were impressive. Swimming pool is good size and in a good location, plenty of sitting area in the garden and bar. Also, thanks for fruits basket and cookies. Transport arrangement was also excellent. Food in the restaurant was good and not expensive.

A secret oasis behind beautiful wooden doors. A calming retreat from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu. Nothing too much trouble for all staff members. Our room no 406 was total luxury. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

The location is just perfect, with the hotel being a 5-star immaculate hotel that’s literally a 5-minute walk to the heart of the buzz of Thamel. We wished we had discovered this gemstone hotel earlier during our stay in Kathmandu and would have preferred staying at The Barahi for all of our time in Kathmandu.
