The Club lounge is outstanding with breakfast and evening cocktails. The ambience is great and the hotel is very well designed. Truely a 5 Star experience.

The staffs from the buggy driver, reception, housekeeping, inroom dining are all 5 stars quality.
The bed was super comfy except that my supposed king size bed was actually 2 beds combined hence the dent in the middle.

Everything amazing! Located right at the airport but didn't hear 1 plane. Free 2 minute buggy ride from KLIA 1 to airport. Rooms were great...everything awesome! If you stay on Level 9, their Premier Lounge is nice. They have happy hour 6--8pm, which includes nice snacks and drinks. Big comfy pillow and bed! It was wonderful to have a nice, hot shower after a week somewhere this wasn't always available. If you have a stopover in KL, don't bother heading into the city. Sama Sama is all you need to know. 5 stars all the way!

Perfect stay before your long haul flight. Spacious, comfy room. 5 stars indeed. 🙂 The pool is sooo amazing! 😍 Breakfast is unbelivably nice, huge selection of food.
