The location is in central Busan, making it perfect for travelling out to other parts of the city for day trips. The room was perfect, clean and overall amazing. Throughout the hotel, it really shows how it is a 5-star hotel with all the decorations and cleanliness throughout the hotel. Service was impeccable as well.

Beautiful hotel, clean & comfortable rooms, great location! It was our favourite stay during our 2 week trip. Good value for money for a 5 star hotel. Highly recommend.

10 of 10 , wonderful location and awesome service. The gentleman at the concierge brought up our luggage and nicely introduced all facilities, huge compliment to Lora Lee at the concierge when we checking out, found my missing bag and walk us to the taxi , what a demonstration of 5 star hotel service

The hotel was class apart. Sophisticated and great location. I’ve traveling for last 8 years and stays mostly in 4and 5 stars and luxury collection but I found this hotel best
