From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was welcomed by a warm and friendly staff that made me feel right at home. The service throughout my stay was nothing short of outstanding. The team went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my experience was perfect The hotel is gorgeous. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was fantastic, offering a wide range of delicious dishes. Breakfasts were fresh and varied, and dinners were beautifully presented and equally tasty.

Dario was an amazing host who offered to pick us up at the train station and even treated us to a welcome snack. He gave us plenty of useful information about the sights and restaurants. The apartment itself couldn't be any better. Located maximum 15 minutes from all the major sights it had everything you might need on your vacation. It was spacious with a little cozy kitchen and a separated toilet and shower. The AC worked great, the beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing. We would definitely recommend and would stay at ZA house again if we return to Palermo.
