The staff was amazing and catered to all of our requests. Everyone from the security and reception staff to the trainer at the gym/recreation center was friendly. Miss Rajeswari Menon made us feel very welcome and remembered our plans and offered advice and help as well. The food was delicious and the all day dining and room service is very convenient. The complimentary breakfast from Park Brasserie Cafe was good. The pre-made menu was a delight; we had the rice bowl, avocado toast and eggs. All food items were delicious, and the scenery of water lilies was beautiful. Jana from housekeeping responded to our request and made our rooms lovely by making an origami elephant with towels and keeping fresh flowers in our room, which was a nice addition. The housekeeping replaced our poor quality toothbrushes with a better quality toothbrush; still, even that one was of mediocre quality. Please provide better toothbrushes to your guests.
