Excellent facilities and extremely attentive staff who go out of the way to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The outside breakfast area, the sunroom, and the Jacuzzi / Pool area have to be amongst the best anywhere in the world. We traveled with our 4 year old and the staff service and care was exceptional throughout the stay!

Another fabulous Oberoi, stunning views from balcony, comfy bed/pillows, all amenities in room you would require. Service outstanding by all staff, caring and lovely, giving us a few treats to take home. Swimming pool a nice experience.. reception can arrange car with chauffeur to most places for day trip or few hours, they can also arrange packed lunch. Hotel manager came to our breakfast table introduced herself, had a quick chat.

Everything was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, we loved every bit of our stay! Thank you Manisha and her team for making it so special. I rarely stay in hotels when I visit India, but among the few times I have, this was by far the most extraordinary experience. Manisha and her team truly went above and beyond, and I am so grateful for the effort and thoughtfulness they put into everything. It was such a special evening celebrating my niece and brother’s birthdays, and seeing how happy they were, especially my sister-in-law, who was beyond thrilled. It meant the world to us. The dinner was phenomenal, and a huge shoutout to Govind for his exceptional care and that delicious beetroot halwa that we are still talking about! Because of how wonderfully we were treated and how smoothly every request was handled, I will be recommending the Radisson in Shimla/Kufri to all my friends visiting the area/country. everything the view was astonishing the staff was amazing starts from Rakesh at the front desk took our check in , then Dheeraj in IN room dining was very professional and helpful , Ms. Ekta in housekeeping came to us and ask about the stay and everything , in dining room Vikram was very helpful with our requests !
