This is a newly opened hotel with excellent interiors and a refined ambiance. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable. The food is exceptional — the North Indian dishes, especially the Butter Chicken and Kadhai Chicken, surpassed even those served in many renowned hotels across North India. Special mention to Chef Natarajan for his warm hospitality and attention to detail. I would confidently rate this as the best hotel in Coimbatore and among the finest in all of Tamil Nadu.

We stayed at Vivanta Coimbatore for three nights (Jan 17 through Jan 20, 2024). We were on vacation for the first time in India in a decade and we hadn't been back to Coimbatore in 25 years. This was a big trip for us as we had great hopes of reconnecting with dear college friends, close relatives, and the city of Coimbatore, which we did. Our wonderful stay at Vivanta Coimbatore in the central Race Course location just made our visit to Coimbatore a picture perfect trip! We truly enjoyed every aspect of Vivanta Coimbatore. Everything was exceptional—from the hotel's central location; to the room quality, cleanliness, and amenities; to the outstanding breakfast buffet; to the buffer and a la carte options for lunch and dinner; to the bar; and to the professionalism and hospitality of the staff in every department.  We want to shout out to some of the staff at the hotel's restaurant for their exceptional service and hospitality—Raj/Raja, Sudhakar, Mohan, the head chef, and the general manager. We also had lovely conversations with them and others at the restaurant. We also want to mention Karthik and Ibrahim from the housecleaning department. Unfortunately, we forget the names of a few others we received exceptional hospitality from, so in that regard, please kindly let ALL of your staff know how much we enjoyed our stay, and how much we appreciated their prompt services and superb hospitality. I have stayed at this property in the past also. The service is just excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and their pillows are pure magic. I should say I have never had such a comfortable sleep anywhere else. The front desk was managed by Kiran , If I remember his name right. He was extremely courteous. He booked a taxi for me in the morning at 3 am or so for my trip to the railway station. This property always exceeded our expectations.

I lost my credit card in a bookstore in Mumbai airport, and only realized it upon arrival at Le Metidien In Coimbatore. The hotel manager immediately called the airport, snd within an hour my card was found and held securely until my return to Mumbai a few days later! Incredible service. Thank you!
