I extremely loved the staff(Jyoti) and the hotel manager behaviour of speaking with the guests....The restaurant staff was also very humble in explaining about the foods....Their beach restaurant OUZA was very impressive because of its locaton and food....

The property is wonderful. It had something for every member of my family. The icing on the cake were the late night walks at the beach. A special mention to the staff (font office, bell boys and people working at the restaurants) they really go above and beyond each time you have question or requests.

The room size (Luxury suite) and cleanliness, housekeeping whilst we were away at breakfast, the proximity to the beach (serene and not crowded), the pool and breakfast. The 2 crowded beaches are away on opposite sides to this gem! The staff werw friendly and helpful

ITC as always is beyond the expectations! The huge gardens like a small jungle with the great polite staff makes a unique combination. Polite and friendly staff, great facilities, clean, great food, smiley people always willing to help… Great sunset on the beach, wonderful and clean huge swimming pool….with people around who are trying to understand what is your next need in order to help. Radisson Blu Goa is the place to be. The service from the point of arrival to the last day was outstanding. everyone at the hotel was hands-on and it felt like all they wanted to see was smiles on the faces of their guests. i would definitely make it a home away from home. its such a beautiful place, so quite and peaceful. I would stand at the breakfast buffet and did not where to start because the options was just too much. Radisson Blu Goa is definitely the girl she thinks she is.

    The property is exceptional, well maintained and on the beach. The staff provided exceptional service and would like to mention Vasanti at the reception and Chef Naveen and Arnab at the restaurant Sala de Franzo. At the restaurant they took special care of dietary requirements throughout our stay and made us feel welcome.
