Everything about this hotel is exceptional! To begin with, the location is fantastic: it’s away from the hustle and bustle of crowded streets but conveniently close to the airport. The ambience is among the finest I’ve experienced—easily in my top three. And trust me, I’ve traveled extensively. The interiors are stunning, and we enjoyed a peaceful walk through their beautifully maintained green garden after breakfast. The staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist. As for the food, dinner was delightful. If you enjoy desserts, don’t miss the Moong Dal Halwa—it’s absolutely delicious! The room was spacious, though it could have been a bit cleaner (not a major issue). Its unique design stood out, particularly the closed closet area and the cozy sitting spot by the window, which offers a lovely view of the garden. Another highlight is their 24/7 room service, which adds great convenience to the stay. I could go on and on about how incredibly relaxing my stay was, but words won't do it justice—go experience it for yourself!! 🤗

Everything about this property is totally exceptional. The rooms are very good in size, with nice comfortable beds with all the Indian heritage feeling and design. The staff are super courteous, helpful and very accomodative. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and help you with everything you need during your stay. The breakfast is a small spread but every item is delicoius. You cannot go wrong with food here, no matter what or anything you order from the menu. We had an early morning flight and had to check out at 5:30 am, way before breakfast time, and the staff prepared a breakfast package for us which could stay longer (Parathas and Sandwiches) and ample in quantity for our long journey. Every evening there was a bonfire done so we could sit out and enjoy the cold weather and beautiful surroundings. Checkin and checkout was smooth as well. We enjoyed the Tractor ride which was included in the package and the ride to the farms through the village roads of Punjab was very enjoyable. Totally worth every penny spent here.

In the Hyatt Regency in Amritsar the food is very delicious. The Masterchef Kishor and his great and well organize team cooked the best food of my trip to India. I want to thank you them for their tremendous capability and for their very professional approach.The Masterchef Kishor strives for perfection and is the best Indian Chef I met ever. The room has been nice.and well equipped with everything. The bed is great and the room.was very quiet and resting. The hotel Hyatt also provided me.with complimentary laundry service. The main reason for this booking was that it was reported to be near Harminder Sahib (Golden Temple). On arrival l advised the staff that l would be going to the early morning ceremony at 03:00 hrs. The previous evening l had arranged transport to pick me up from the hotel. When l went down to the reception, the he front door was padlocked. The chap who has sleep on duty in the reception area was ashtonshliy rude when l asked him to unlock the door for me. He could not understand why l was down stairs. He was adamant the driver would not show up and l should go back upstairs and come back at 05:00hrs when there will be other drivers about!!! I had to be at the airport for 06:30hrs. He was right, the driver l had booked did not turn up. I was getting a little fretful by this time as this pilgrimage was so wanted. He told me to walk to the temple. The previous night the driver took 20 minutes to get there through chaos of traffic. Needless to say l didn't feel confident or safe to walk there. Eventually he suggested he walks me down as it was only 5 minutes walk - l jumped at the offer. The primary reception person, l expect his senior, refused!!! I saw some people walking and asked if l could walk with them, they looked bit surprised and bemused but l followed them. Got there fine. Had the most wonderful experience but no thanks to the Sikh receptionist at this hotel. I hope he feels proud of himself as l can only feel ashamed by his conduct. At the check in time he wanted cash or l could trust his colleague with my credit card and pin to go to there other site to make a payment!!! Just unbelievable.
