This truly is an exceptional hotel and I cannot praise it more highly. It was in a different league to anywhere else we stayed on our India trip and on many previous trips to India . The service was outstanding in all areas and the hotel management is very impressive. Every little details is well thought through. The location is incredible and our room with balcony had a fabulous view of the Taj Mahal. ( the only hotel which does). The decor is beautiful. The room has very comfort. The food was delicious. The pool was heated with comfortable sun beds.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Trident Hotel, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! The hotel boasts lovely, well-maintained gardens that create a serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The staff, from the doorman to the housekeeping team, were incredibly attentive, helpful, and friendly, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, with great attention to detail that truly enhanced our comfort. The beautiful gardens and pool area provided a lovely setting to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. I would like to give a special shout-out to Tina at the front desk and bartender Vivek, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their warm hospitality and personalized service made a significant difference. We also attended the wonderful Christmas gala dinner on Christmas Eve, which featured a tasteful and delicious spread of both Indian and Western cuisine. It was a delightful culinary experience that added to the festive spirit of our stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Trident Hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable getaway. I must start of with complimenting the staff, they were all super friendly, very helpful and such a pleasure to deal with. We loved our stay here and were sad to leave! Everything was great about this hotel! The view of the Taj Mahal from the terrace is the cherry on top!

We had a great stay, room was spacious and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Staff helped us to book a driver to get us from Agra to Ranthambore and price was very reasonable. Location was handy, only a 10 min ride away from the Taj Mahal and there’s plenty of taxis and tuk runs outside the hotel to take you there.

The hotel is really so different ( in a good way) from the rest of India. It's a gem amidst the chaos and hustle and bustle of the streets. The tucked away entrance and warm welcome was such a treat. The reception area was just gorgeous, well kept and so inviting. It was a perfect escape to sit and unwind from everything. The spa, pools ( yes 3) and exceptional dining areas and liquid lounge offers great experience. The staff are warm, friendly and well spoken. I could go on...
