The location is optimal, as the area itself is quiet, no tourists walking around - but within a few steps you are in the city center of Rethymnon with all the beautyful spots.

The staff was great, very polite, very attentive with kids and with the clients. The room was cleaned every day, the pool area and the garden was very clean, the food always fresh with a good variety, they helped us with baby friendly food. The hotel has a free private beach with sunbeds, they provide beach towels every day, the beach is just across the hotel, one minute walk. It's a sandy beach, ideal for baby, crystal clear water..The hotel has free private parking, spa zone, gym and a little space for the kids in the backyard. The city center is available by walking or driving, it's 20 min walk to the port.

Very good location, right next to the beach. Close to the old city center. Hotel with 2 outdoor and 1 indoor swimming pools. Large room, with a balcony and a sea view. Comfortable, large bed. Very clean. Comfortable bathroom. A bottle of wine and a capsule coffee machine in the room were a nice addition. Very good breakfast. Very good and polite service. If I can, I will also choose this hotel next time.

This hotel is a jewel - one of the best hotels that we have visited so far. Almost everything has been taken care to perfection. We have just returned from our 4 night stay and we cannot fault a single thing. Other than being absolutely beautiful with a focus on wellness, what makes Uzenie so special is the staff. Every single member of staff was attentive, kind and gave exceptional customer service. We celebrated my fiancés 30th birthday here and although we usually avoid returning to the same place, Uzenie is somewhere we could return every year. The food at the buffet for breakfast and dinner was of fantastic quality- much better than your average hotel buffet. Nothing was too much to ask for and we cannot thank you all enough for the most wonderful experience.
