I absolutely loved this place: the design, the people, the breakfast, everything!! I usually go to “small luxury hotel (SLH)” and this hotel can certainly be one of them! All the small attention to details (welcome drinks, bag for the beach, etc) made us feel like “privileged”!! I strongly recommend this hotel +++

When we arrived we were booked for an economy room but because my wife and I were on our honeymoon we were upgraded to a suite free of charge which was so nice of them. The amenities are great! We used the gym and sauna multiple times. The beds are also so comfortable and the sheets are very soft. The room itself was beautiful and felt luxurious and clean. The restaurant food was delicious and the breakfast is so good with a wide variety of options. But the biggest highlight for us was all the staff. They were very kind and passionate about providing a great experience for their guests. Some of the best staff members I have ever seen at a hotel. So I thank them for everything. The location is also great as it is right outside the busy and very nice old town. If you are staying in Chania, look no further as this hotel is your best option.

The room is brand new and well equipped with smart control. We were served with soft drinks, salmon snack and hot towels on our arrival. The staffs are very warm and helpful, especially Georgia who helped us to park the car and gave us warm welcome. We have to thank to the service team a lot, for we left a camera lens cap cover in our room and the team helped us to find it and sent it to courier immediately. Touched by their efficiency and hospitality.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff - super kind and helpful. Especially when travelling alone it can really impact the trip, and I really enjoyed the little chats. The facilities were also excellent, from the rooms and the pool to the buffet with amazing food that also changes daily.

Everything is great. From arrival to the rooms. We were lazy to leave the hotel but meals were good plus Beach restaurant changes menu everyday so it does not become boring. More importantly staff. Sophia , she is everywhere. Nathalia at the reception. Yorgos at the restaurant , he is following all the details. Agyris at breakfast. Very good idea, hôtel give information everyday about nice beach to visit next day according to meteo. Even though we did not move. Architecture is great. Hotel looks as if absorbed to the nature. Even rooms are close you have privacy.

Pool is gorgeous and great for to swim laps or to lounge. There is also a quiet pool available. The breakfast and coffee are excellent. There is an outdoor gym with 2 bikes and weights and TRX. Yoga and pilates are offered for a small fee. It's mostly for beginners but I enjoyed the classes. The entire property is gorgeous and the staff incredible. We were very comfortable in our room and there was a spot for everything even though at first the room seemed small. The bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning is excellent. The beach was very relaxing. Great food for every meal. The Chania downtown area is very close and highly recommended to shop and go for dinner. Lots to see.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. It’s located on a little side street , but right in the beautiful old Venetian harbour. The staff are super helpful and friendly, the à la carte breakfast is entirely satisfying (it actually makes the normal buffet brekkie seem ridiculous…). The entire building is an aesthetic delight, tastefully renovated, it’s impeccably clean and the rooms are extremely pleasant, you almost want to just stay in the room… This is an absolute gem of a small boutique hotel - warmly recommended.

The location of Asterion Suites & Spa is very special and really a small paradise in Crete. The personell is super friendly and absolutely professional. The manager George is a very special character that made the stay a real perfection. We had a suite with a private pool and everything there was first class, super clean, excellently equipped and stood out all expectations. The cuisine is first class too. And finally every staff member was super friendly, the pool bar is superior and the personell there is extra ordinary and the close distance to the sea is just all in all a fantastic place and we will certainly come back.
