It’s a beautiful property located at a fabulous location overseeing the Nile river amidst greenery on the very beautiful Isis island..! The property has a complimentary ferry service 24x7 incase you need to access the markets/ sightseeing from hotel and Vice versa. Rooms are well sized and provide lovely views with on site stores / convenience stores etc and also our has amazing restaurants! I would especially love to thank Ms Christeen Geres from the Pyramisa island team for she really made my stay remarkable by personally making sure I feel at home during my stay!!

All the staff, without exception, were incredibly kind and friendly. The facilities are clean and comfortable, the food at the restaurant was excellent, the views across the Nile are beautiful. This place is an oasis.

Location is great: on an island, a 5 min free shuttle boat from mainland (running 24/7), gives you in return a peaceful island feeling, away from noisy traffic. You get to see the skyline of Aswan, non stop entertainment by the falucca's trying to catch some wind, and view on the desert falling in the sea from the mainland at the other side. Also the staff was extremely friendly upon check-in and room service. Breakfast can be taken outside and we enjoyed a freshly pressed sugarcane juice and local bread (machine and oven outdoors at breakfast area). They take hygiene very serious and we had to wear mouth masks while using the breakfast buffet. Roomservice: lentil soup was amazing. The hotel also provided a lunchbox the day we left early for Abu Simbel. Breakfast room opens at 3 am. Pool area was beautiful as well. Clean and with amazing views.

A trip that exceeded my expectations in all respects. The Royal Viking offered a luxurious experience from its fittings and decor to its cuisine and the solicitous attention of its staff. Our cabin was super comfortable with great views from the sliding full length windows. The lounge and restaurant were very plush and the food was very good and varied. The staff were super attentive. The booking is with an agent, Mohammed, who organised everything for us, including our cruise and several excursions - to awesome temples en route and in Luxor, and the most magical balloon flight at the end in Luxor. Mohammed’s communication was excellent and he was responsive to every request. Recommended wholeheartedly.

The hotel and room was impeccable and very comfortable. We did not expect the amazing view and the closeness to the Nile River. There were a lot of food options for the breakfast buffet and their dinner blew us away. The best part about our stay was the support from the guest relations team. Prior to our trip, the guest relations team provided us with very prompt and helpful communication that helped us plan our time in Aswan. The whole booking process was easy and seamless. They helped us organized our transportation from the airport, our last minute day trip to the Temple Philae and the souk, and even provided us information on getting train tickets. ELagia, the Guest Relations Manager was available to us all the time. We felt like we were very well taken care during the entire time. The hospitality of the staff was superb. The location is further out from the city centre, but it was a positive because we got to experience the serenity away from the crowds. I would definitely this place to anyone, everyone.
