Very smart hotel in lovely surroundings overlooking the golf course. Great pool and surrounds with plenty of loungers and parasols. Good food and service at the pool side snack bar. Breakfast in the dining room over looking the golf course was excellent with good service. Rooms were clean and spacious with everything you need. All the staff were pleasant, helpful and attentive. We had previously stayed at another 5 star hotel in Giza near the Pyramids and the Hilton Pyramids is by far the best. Highly recommended

The location is right inside Arkan Plaza. The hotel is very stylish and modern, not like the other 5 stars hotels. They offer me nice upgrade for the room, paid only 50 dollars per night. Thanks alot

A wonderful hotel that deserves five stars. The staff is amazing especially Nardeen and Bassant from guest relations , and also Mohamed Al-Shimi and Rami from the reception Thanks very much to them.

The facilities were beautiful, with luxurious bathrooms and furnishing. Amazing view on the golf course. Very serene with excellent breakfast. Special thanks to Ms. Nada Khaled for her outstanding customer service skills and help in choosing a magnificent room!

not meeting 5 star hotel , it is a level of 3 stars maximum

The breakfast was enjoyable, although there is potential for improvement to align with the expectations of a 5-star hotel. On the other hand, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

nothing was good! everything is very old and nothing is working well. very very bad and disappointed for a 5 star hotel.
