The location was perfect. Las Condes is an upscale neighborhood featuring nice restaurants, parks, cultural venues, and well-maintained streets. The 30-minute metro ride to the historic city center was well worth it, all the more so because there was a metro station less than a block away.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in Chile during our 2-week trip. The location could be a little strange in the night time outside, but absolutely safe inside. The room was great in terms of size, cleanliness and the amenities provided. The bathroom is very spacious. The design inside of the hotel and in the rooms is very special. the roof top restaurant was very good including the choice of food and drinks. The wine was great and the signature drinks were just amazing. The staff at the front desk and in the roof top restaurant were all great! The transport to the airport early in the morning was also with very fair prices compared to other 5* hotels in Santiago. All in all we definitely would choose it again for our next stay in Santiago.

The staff were very welcoming, kind, attentive and accommodating. The room was very spacious with a living room and a kitchenette, great for staying with our three kitties. Very good breakfast, only sausages were missing; great restaurant terrace with wonderful city views. Very good value for money. It is a classic and traditional hotel where you can enjoy a pleasant stay.
