Everything was so elegant. We spent the nights in the cigar room by the fireplace. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Spent some time in the pool as well

The views of the lake are astonishing so breathtaking and with the most praiseworthy accommodating, polite and utterly professional staff they are exemplary…the entire stay was simply immaculate!

It was a 100 out of 10 experience. I highly recommend everyone to stay at Kulm Hotel when visiting St. Moritz. Every stuff was professional, warm and kind. The faculties were in classic style but modernised with perfect usability and accessibility. I highly recommend the spa and treatment at Kulm Hotel as well. It was the top experience and I would like to come back every year.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski, and I cannot praise it enough! From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in for something special. Every aspect of my stay was simply flawless, and I wholeheartedly rate this hotel a perfect 10 out of 10. It is definitely not the average price hotel and one would not expect so, staying in higher class hotels like Kempinksi. But in this particular hotel, every euro spent by the visitor is more than worth it The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. Their warm smiles and attentive service made me feel like a VIP throughout my entire stay. They were quick to assist with any request, and their genuine care for guests was evident in every interaction. The room was immaculately clean, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the breathtaking views from the window added an extra touch of magic to my stay. The hotel's location couldn't have been better.Additionally, the peaceful atmosphere surrounding the hotel allowed me to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The entire ambiance of the hotel exuded luxury and sophistication. From the elegantly designed common areas to the carefully curated art and decor, every detail contributed to the hotel's overall splendor. The seamless check-in and check-out process was yet another testament to the hotel's efficiency and dedication to guest satisfaction. In conclusion, my stay was truly exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and indulgent experience. I can confidently say that I will be returning to Kempinski on my future visits to St.Moritz. The service has been incredible even before the trip started. The hotel reached me for my booking since it would have been my birthday getaway and they upgraded us in a bigger room! We were picked up from the train station by a really kind man and in 10 minutes we were at the hotel. The staff offered us a drink to start the process of the check-in and a really nice lady offered us a tour of the various things offered inside the hotel (a very excellent selection from the food to the ski area, kids playground and etc). We went inside our rooms and they gave us also a cake and wine to celebrate! I felt really appreciated and loved. We went then to the spa and inside it was really fully equipped with any kind of service! At the evening we also went to one fo the three restaurant inside and it was amazing, service and food were excellent quality! Unfortunately we stayed just the weekend but we will definitely come back soon to spend more time and enjoy everything the Giardino Hotel offer! Great stay and great people (and this is what makes the different from other hotels in the zone ;)

Everything: impeccable service, wonderful location, plentiful breakfasts, luxury terrace with fantastic view, good livemusic bar, restaurants.. Fantastic Spa. This is one of the best hotels.

It is a beautiful hotel with outstanding service, comfort and civility. The breakfasts were great. I loved the afternoon chamber music in the lounge. The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful.

The food was great, the Service Team was very friendly and helpful and what was extraordinery the lovely attitude to dogs. Our Schnauzer got as good service as us. In the room there was everything ready - a bed, 2 bowls, treats, dog towels. At the restaurant the same. I never experienced such a nice dogfriendly aproach. Thank you so much! We will be back definitely!
