Everything was so elegant. We spent the nights in the cigar room by the fireplace. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Spent some time in the pool as well

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The staff are very nice and super helpful, from the front desk, concierge, wait staff, and housekeeping. Our room was a nice size, with a spectacular view and large bathroom. The breakfast was great, as was our afternoon tea on the terrace, and our dinner in the bar. And the location is perfect. We can't wait to come back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski, and I cannot praise it enough! From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in for something special. Every aspect of my stay was simply flawless, and I wholeheartedly rate this hotel a perfect 10 out of 10. It is definitely not the average price hotel and one would not expect so, staying in higher class hotels like Kempinksi. But in this particular hotel, every euro spent by the visitor is more than worth it The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. Their warm smiles and attentive service made me feel like a VIP throughout my entire stay. They were quick to assist with any request, and their genuine care for guests was evident in every interaction. The room was immaculately clean, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the breathtaking views from the window added an extra touch of magic to my stay. The hotel's location couldn't have been better.Additionally, the peaceful atmosphere surrounding the hotel allowed me to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The entire ambiance of the hotel exuded luxury and sophistication. From the elegantly designed common areas to the carefully curated art and decor, every detail contributed to the hotel's overall splendor. The seamless check-in and check-out process was yet another testament to the hotel's efficiency and dedication to guest satisfaction. In conclusion, my stay was truly exceptional. The views from the pool area, terrace and the room was spectacular. I love how I was greeted and helped starting with the front desk and the valet crew as well as the service crew at the breakfast session. The hotel has a pleasant dining hall also with great views of the mountain and lake area which is breathtaking. I had a relaxing spa session which is highly recommended.

A classical 5-star experience. The staff were amazingly friendly and did their best to make you feel at home. The view from the room was breathtaking. The restaurant, bar and cigar lounge where excellently styled and put together. The hotel gives a warm, cozy and luxurious feeling. I Will definitely return.

Perfectly met our expectations. Very present, helpful and accommodating family Cadonau. The Vivanda menu is just a dream. We’re certainly coming back!
