Hotel is beautiful and nicely decorated. Rooms are nice and spacious. I booked the grand deluxe room. The restaurant is also very nice and serves nice food. Apparently it’s one of the new hang out spots. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I was greeted in my room with a bottle of wine, macaroons, and a nice note. As for the location, it was super. I walked everywhere which was very convenient. I would highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again there if and when I’m back in Vienna.

Terrific Hotel! At first I thought the location was too far from main streets & attractions, but my gorgeous room & the entire Hotel staff were so cordial & welcoming, I grew to love it! I was treated by everyone I come across like no one but myself! Their attention to details was phenomenal and the place’s vibe was to die for. Breakfast time extends towards noon on the weekends and on the weekdays up to 1100. Top notch spa and restaurants run by professionals. Excellent laundry service. Special thanks to the ones who made my stay joyful and memorable to the fullest (Benjamin, Jasper and Nina from the dstrikt) and to the ones who went above and beyond that I can’t describe in words, they just made the ritz Vienna one of a kind, Oliver and Karina!

Great hotel, great staff. They are always helpful and smiling, the bar had great cocktails, the food was good and the even the gym was spacious and well equipped, and had the right atmosphere. The junior suite was spacious, you can even open the windows, and the dressing room had a decent size as well. Amazing roof top terrace/bar that unfortunately always sat in the rain while I was there. I chose this hotel because it seemed both classic and modern - too many hotels (in Vienna) look like a hundred years ago, and too many look over designed. Rosewood kept a great design balance everywhere.

The location and the building are great. Stuff are very friendly and professional. Even though we have asked for separated beds and got one king sized instead it was spacious enough to compensate for the request that was not met.
