Everything was perfect: we were treated very kindly and generously, the premises were super comfortable and we especialy enjoyed the relaxing garden.

I had booked this as a birthday treat but ended up with a car breakdown, arrived at close to midnight, host waited up for me. Comfortable, also for my dog (lovely bed and dog bowls were waiting for us). Good breakfast. Kindest part of all was that the owner drive me into Ventimiglia in the morning (to change hotels as I ended up stranded in Ventimiglia for several days) because no taxi in Ventimiglia will accept a dog in their car 🤬. Grazie mille !!!

Laura & her family are the perfect hosts! We can’t wait to return. It’s situated in such a beautiful location. The breakfast served on the terrace is delicious and plentiful. We spent our afternoons relaxing on the sunbeds in the tranquil garden & loved having use of the hot tub. We especially appreciated having a kitchen and drinks available to purchase at a very reasonable price. Laura’s marmalade is the nicest we have ever tasted! The olive oil and wine of the family are delicious! The bedroom was beautifully furnished and lots of little touches to add to the comfort of guests. We highly recommend this property

I would give this place 1000 stars if I could! My husband and I stayed here for a week on our honeymoon and it was incredible. It is straight out of a romantic movie set in rural Italy, but the city is very close. Just make sure to take a taxi from the city out there. By bus and then foot there is 524 steps (yes we counted) and they are fine going down, but can be a lot when going back from a day of walking. The hosts did tell us though, so that’s on us. We didn’t even know they made their own food until they asked us if we wanted dinner on our arrival day a couple of days before we arrived. But this was the best food we had in the whole trip. Most of the ingredients were grown on their farm, and we got to try some local dishes we would have never heard of. The pool area is nice, calm and clean. They have a fridge stocked with wine, water, drinks and snacks. None of the usual stuff, but again homemade vegetable chips and juices. All of it delicious. The host couple is extremely nice. We didn’t have much contact with the husband, but he made the food, so that alone makes him my best friend. The wife is the de facto hostess and is so sweet and helpful. She will help you find the right bus, tell you about the good restaurants and how best to get around. All while smiling and joking, such a pleasant soul. All in all I can not recommend it enough. Everything about this place is perfect. You will not regret visiting.
