Amazing hospitality of the owner make us feeling supper nice and welcomed. The view was absolutely great and the quietness was what I really needed. I really loved the place and my choice of stay. Amazing family for BBQ and cooking. Would definitely choose the same place if I return.

Everything was great, the hospitality, facility and location. Quite close to a big shopping mall and a smaller Conad nearby. There is a fully functioning kitchen included for the Margherita room, very useful to cook Italian food! Bed was nice, shower was strong, room is comfortable for the Italian Spring in Lake Como! Plenty of walks nearby, can stroll along the river connected to Como, and absolutely stunning mountain view of Monte Legnone.

Location is also great, with a ferry closeby (20min walk). Also loved the animals there. The spa is amazing, with a jacuzzi, sauna, turkish steambath, cold plunge and relaxation area, all private. EV charger also a bonus.

The house is absolutely new with great sense of cleanness and freshness. The ceilings are very high providing lots of air, full-sized windows both in the living room/kitchen as well as in the bedroom. All this together made our stay an unforgettable experience! The review would be incomplete without mentioning Paola, our host, who was extremely helpful, caring, and simplly a big-hearted and very kind person. Thank you, we will definitely come back!
