We sent them a message when we arrived and waited at the petrol station where they met us and showed us where to park. It takes about 10/15 mins to drive up. On arrival we were delighted with our modern room with a fabulous shower and very comfortable bed. It was compact but had all we needed with lovely free toiletries. We stayed for 6 nights and ate at the property on 5 nights as the food is excellent. The menu has home made pasta, charcuterie and fabulous beef and pork from their farm. You would go a long way to find such good quality and tasty ingredients. We went for it one night and shared a huge delicious T bone steak cooked to perfection. They offer their own wine and we availed our self of their fab red wine each evening. It’s truly wonderful. We have to mention Mia dog, beautiful calm and friendly canine friend. ❤️ There are steps down and we used these every day to get to our car. We walked up once! But if you let the family know approx 20 mins before you get to the base of the property they are there ready and waiting to drive you back up. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We drove to Amalfi, parking on the coast road next to the tunnel you walk through into Amalfi. It wasn’t our scene, too busy and touristy. We enjoyed a day on the beach at Maiori. We took the ferry from Maiori to Capri. The ferry ride was fab but Capri totally overpriced and packed. We visited Minori and found great restaurants and cafe’s. A lovely place. We drove to Pompeii for a bit of culture. But our stay with Philippi, Luigi and family made our holiday. Open your mind, put up with the hill and you will have the best holiday for a bargain price.

The staff were friendly and attentive. While the property has a more laid-back feel, everything was clean and well-maintained. It's a great spot for those looking for a quiet retreat in a natural setting. Overall, it was a nice stay, and I appreciated the tranquil atmosphere.

Staying at Orrido di Pino was the highlight of our trip to Amalfi. The views from the place are incredible and it offers a peaceful escape from the business down at the water. The food was so good we ate there every night. I had been in Italy for a month before, and their food was by far the best I had eaten my whole trip.

The service is OUTSTANDING, they are all helpful and ready to provide the best service ever. The views are incredible, breathtaking! The breakfast was very good with home made products. The dinner is excellent , everything is fresh and so tasty! The atmosphere is magical. We had dinner every single night there. The room is very confortable, with an amazing view. The products used are wonderful. The solarium and the tub are a real plus to the place. We wish we could stay more days. Thank you to all the team, you are amazing ! The warm feeling that makes you feel like home plus the well blending with the nature. It is the perfect retreat where we found our peace, quiet and love. Could easily call it home because we had there everything needed for a complete set-up and a perfect honeymoon. Maria, Umberto and Tobia were amazing hosts who made us feel royal but also home sharing with us stories, tips and great hospitality. Their home-grown food is something we really enjoyed because it was not treated with any chemicals and both our bodies and souls loved it! We will definitely return with big pleasure because it was for sure the best place we visited so far!

Surrounded by vineyards just outside San Lazzaro, Agriturismo Mare e Monti offers a quiet location and a traditional restaurant. It is located at an altitude of 600 metres, and all rooms include an LCD TV. Very nice and well kept with great view to the Amalfi Coast
