The cottage was complete with all the amenities needed. There's cereal, bread, milk and other stuff you need for cooking. Janice even brought us a freshly made Welsh cake and a bottle of wine! The heating is perfect the whole time we were there. Beds are comfortable and so are the living room. We stayed in most of the days because of the weather and it was the best idea. It's 10 minutes walk to the bus stop to get you to Caernarforn, a small town that's nice to visit. Would definitely come back for a stay again someday.

The hosts, Robert and Lyn, are delightful. Room is cozy and well apportioned, and has all the modern amenities. Impressive, given the fact that this is a 250 year old farmhouse.

Our stay at the Barn was absolutely wonderful. It was like a home away from home, comfortable and clean. Jane was very helpful and was just a phone call away. It's so close to the beach which has the most beautiful sunsets with unspoilt snand and not many tourists. We were welcomed by Jane with lovely Welsh cakes and milk in the fridge, ready for a cup of tea. The games room is the cherry on top. If you don't feel like going out, you have a games room right next to you. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering.

What a great place to stay in rural Wales. The cottage is on a working farm with owners Mike & Janice making us feel very much at home. Delicious home made welsh cakes as well as fresh milk, wine & breakfast provisions were much appreciated. Extremely comfortable bed. Beautiful country outlook. Loved seeing the newborn calves.
