Incredible hospitality and super friendly family owners. Ana and her family went above and beyond to make our stay happy and relaxed. They made sure everything was clean and comfy, gave us a detailed overview of Sao Miguel and shared travel tips and recommendations from local. My wife had a birthday during our stay and they celebrated for her - it's felt very much like home. We stayed at the two bedrooms apartments which was super comfy, spacious and well equipped. This place is a true hidden gem in Sao Miguel! Highly recommended

I loved everything about the property. The location is one of the best on the island because the eastern, western and central areas can be very easily reached, with quick access to the main roads, and without being in quite chaotic Ponta Delgada. The house itself is a real beauty! Photos on booking.com don’t pay justice to it. The room I had was very spacious, with wooden floor and a beautiful lacquered wooden wardrobe. It was looking onto the back part of the garden and into the fields. So quiet! Awesome! Comfy bed, comfy pillows, super white soft towels. Water, biscuits, local tea bags were left in the room and the bathrooms offered free toiletries and hairdryer. Bathrooms are shared because this is a private house and not a hotel, but they are kept in immaculate cleaning conditions. Showers are hot and powerful. The guests can use the beautiful kitchen and again there is free coffee and tea available. From the kitchen there is access to a perfectly manicured garden. There are lounges and many chairs where the guests can relax outside (weather permitting!). The lady owner is super nice, I really liked her!

Nice stay in private area owned by Azorean couple. Oasis of calm where you can take rest for the next day hike. Eventhough breakfasts were not included, I often found some sweet cakes in my room after my returns in the evenings. Dog and cats make good companions around. Parking is provided inside the area after entering the code into electrically driven gates.

Quinta dos Peixes Falantes is classified as a Rural Turism. Located on São Miguel Island, at 1km from Santa Bárbara beach, and 2,5 km from Ribeira Grande city.

Beautiful place to stay, the gardens surrounding the studio were fantastic. Full of wildlife and stunning flowers. Good parking space and close to a peaceful beach with a beach bar at the other end. Good dark towels are provided for the beach and the hot springs. The breakfast is very filling and healthy.

Our stay in Quinta de Santa Clara was perfect - the staff is so friendly (Roberto, all cleaning ladies etc.), our apartment was good equiped (kitchen, hair-dryer, common washing machine,...). A whole area with appartments is very clean and good-looking (garden, pool - which we unfortnately did not use due to bad weather). And we made there a new friend - old dog lady Kika. :) We absolutely recommend!

Everything about this estate was amazing and you can tell the owners have thought about every little detail! Our room was perfect. When my husband, who travels for work, says “this room is way nicer than any Marriot room I’ve ever stayed in” you know it’s great! The bed was comfy, and we had everything we need and more (welcome beers, robes, glass wear with coffee maker, towel warmer, etc). The breakfast in the morning was so delicious with fresh jams, fruit, breads and yogurt. The Gin Library is so cool and the complementary gin drink they made us was exceptional! The only thing I was disappointed in is that we missed having dinner on site because they were not hosting it on the evening we were there; however, Caroline made a reservation for us at an amazing restaurant in Ponta Delgada an 8 min drive away. I can’t recommend this enough! Thanks for an amazing stay.
