we just spent two weeks in the lovely Spirdo agri tourism farm. what a superb retreat from the hubbub and noise of the city! you could sit quietly on the chairs by the tables outside your own door or you could join with other people and chat. you could, as we did regularly, spend time by the beautiful pool, listening to the water cascading, and availing of the shade from the pergola while the breeze wafted over us. we booked a meal in the restaurant, which was superb, and bijou, so we got to talk to the other people on the other tables and it was a lovely experience and a culinary delight! Maria luisa, the centre of all this, and the cook extraordinaire, was a hostess with the mostest and a lovely lovely person to get to know. The apartments have everything you need, if you choose to eat in or not. The tourism farm is full of surprises, geese round one corner, hens round another corner pergolas with grapes, and truly, so picturesque we loved it there, it was somewhere between a retreat and a hotel, it was refreshing relaxing and rejuvenating. we will, certainly return

Sergio, the owner, is a very nice person, he always tried to make our stay simpler and better. The villa B&B is a very nice place, very quiet with an amazing swimming pool. It is always clean. We rent 2 rooms (for 2 adults and 2 ados), They are well équipe de, very air conditioning, very nice shower and a griffe. Every morning, we had a very good breakfast with very nice choices. The area where we take was also very nice. For sure if we come back to Puglia we will return to Villa B&B Antiche Macine del Salento!!

We loved the atmosphere and the view over the lovely village of Specchia. Everything was meticulously clean, the bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. We even were gifted a few avocados from their own trees. We will be back. Thank you so much!
