The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Location was out a bit from any main towns but as we were just passing through it didn't worry us. Plenty of parking on-site which was good as we had a car. Breakfast was also great. Top class restaurant on site.

Initially we were given a room in the old building, which while large and the ability to sleep 6, did not have windows and only a door opening onto an enclosed hot terrace......also the airconditioning wasn't effective. Maybe because we were only staying one night? To give them their due, the management found us a replacement room without any fuss in the new building...... a self-contained apartment at no extra cost. This was more than we expected. We had a very pleasant meal that evening in the restaurant and next morning an excellent breakfast.

Quiet place, private house anroturismo, large bedroom, comfortable bed and pillows, large bathroom, hot water, refrigerator, and everything you need for living is available, take only a toothbrush with you,.. The Owners met very friendly in the evening, in the morning she fed a delicious breakfast from the product of her own farm, and with the best pie that we tried, she cooked herself. Cecelia was a lovely host. She was extremely energetic and helpful. The room was pristine and the bedsheets were white, crisp and clean. Breakfast was included with croissants and coffee. Overall, her accommodation was the best we stayed in during our trip to Italy. When we return to San Giovanni we will stay here again.

This was a gem of a masseria. Situated in beautiful surroundings the masseria was stunningly tasteful in its design. The pool and terrace made for restful but sociable tranquillity, surrounded by fig trees and fairy lights creating a magical ambience. The dining room and private rooms were elegantly rustic. Delicious homegrown and baked food, authentically artisanal, the hosts were delightful, warm and generous. Would highly recommend. We will be coming back next year!

The accommodation looks out onto gardens and mature trees and is surrounded by beautiful farm lands. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and comfy with air conditioning, a modern en-suite and a kitchenette. It is so quiet. Wonderful. The farm is easy to find and is close to sandy beaches, a supermarket and tourist sites. Francesco is the ideal host for whom nothing is too much from the wonderful breakfasts to supplying information about the coast and the beautiful Gagano. We were looked after royally and enjoyed a tour around the farm meeting various animals including two delightful Turkish sheepdog pups. When staying in northern Puglia there is no better place place to spend a week or two.
